General Summary:
Works with field organization to ensure accurate and timely entry of Production Data. Sets-up allocation networks and processes daily and monthly allocations of system sales to well level. Captures purchaser sales volumes to use in allocations. Ensures surface flow schematic diagrams are accurate and set-up in system.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gathers production volume information and composes allocation worksheets and other information necessary to assist in completing monthly production reports
• Reviews field data entry and purchaser statements to ensure accuracy
• Monitors Operations reports for new drill and other activity to ensure all producing wells are included for reporting purposes
• Monitors Shut-in reports and confirm wells are not producing
• Works with transporters and purchasers to resolve discrepancies and/or incorrect data with respect to well production.

Staff Facilities Engineer

Prepare applications for regulatory requirements; including permits for commingle zones, lease line exceptions and density exceptions.
Prepare weekly report for supervisor including production, current projects, and future projects.
Code and approve LOE invoices for payment.
Perform related duties as requested.

Facilities Engineer Manager

General Summary:
The Facilities Engineering Manager is responsible for managing facilities engineering projects within the Northern Region. This position reports to the Regional VP and works closely with the Business Unit Managers and Asset Teams for each geographic area to ensure timely and on-budget completion of projects. This position will also work closely with other departments (e.g. EH&S, Regulatory, Marketing) as they coordinate all aspects of the projects. The manager will be involved in the day-to-day design and construction work.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design of gas handling facilities, including low pressure gathering systems, compressor stations, high-pressure pipelines, and treating facilities (dehydration, sweetening, NGLs)
• Design water handling facilities, including evaporative ponds and SWD plants
• Supervise preparation of all necessary design drawings (plats, P&IDs, etc.)
• Coordinate with EH&S and Regulatory for all required permits
• Supervise construction of facilities and 3rd party contractors
• Ensure operations comply with all corporate EH&S policies and governmental regulations
• Review existing facilities for capacity upgrades and de-bottlenecking opportunities
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs

Job Specifications:

General Summary:
The Field Landman is responsible for addressing land issues that arise in the field and is the primary point of contact with surface owners of acreage in the Company’s Wattenberg operations. Among other things, these responsibilities include negotiating surface use agreements with land owners, obtaining set back waivers, coordinating with surveyors, identifying drilling site issues and determining how they affect drilling locations, and restoring the property after capital projects are completed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify surface issues, such as surface use, endangered species habitats, right of ways, and site topography, that affect timing of, location of and access to prospective drilling projects.
• Communicate with engineers and operations land manager to recommend and jointly determine changes to drilling location based on surface issues.
• Contact surface owner after notification by land department to consult on well location and act as primary point of contact with the Company regarding capital projects affecting surface ownership interests.
• Direct surveyor to stake well location so that surface issues may be identified and surface owner may be consulted.
• Based on knowledge of applicable state regulations, determine whether regulatory exceptions or surface owner waivers must be obtained based on planned drilling location.
• Negotiate surface use agreement with surface owner and determine whether deviations from standard agreement are acceptable or whether the VP Land must be consulted.
• Participate in preparation of applications for permit to drill by collecting information regarding soil type, surface location, and photographs of site and by completing portions of application regarding such information.

• Respond to questions or concerns raised by surface owners to help ensure an amicable relationship between the Company and all surface owners in the assigned territory.
